Communist conspiracy that made me a political prisoner. A second time.
For a second time I was falsely accused and setup by Pantifa terrorists, corrupt Communist cops, crown and left-wing local media.
Let's not forget lawyers I've had to fire for purposely sabotaging both my cases, Improper Defence appeals still pending. Will defend myself if any future legal entaglements occure, their incompetence was astounding.
I had to plead guilty just to get out of jail because trial would have been another few months. I got 7 months did almost 6 months.
I got more time in jail than actual crimes like assault, assault causing bodily harm and even aggravated assault or trafficking and having ounces crack cocaine, car thefts, literally people got less time in jail for those actual crimes.
On the night in question I allegedly stole a rainbow flag (that was BTW breaking Canadian laws, you cannot have a flag of any kind up on your property unless there is Canadian flag on top first and rainbow flags are illegal) from Joshua Burnett and Cheyenne Buck who are neighbours that also happen to be not even gays, they are Antifa aka Pantifa and also part of BLM and Communists. It is alleged that I stole a flag which is an eye sore and an offensive symbol of Communist ideology and extremism and claimed I lit it on fire shouting slurs which was not what really happened but may have been slightly guilty of the stolen flag part but not the rest.

On the night in question some big fat guy with long hair and high voice came into my yard out of nowhere and was recording me on his phone, told him to get the hell off my property, if I would have known then what would have happened later I would have and should have been alot more aggressive.
Sadie Goodyear the fat guy with long hair (thinks he's a woman) lmwao turns out is also a Pantifa terrorist group member and was at the Anti-child Abuse Storytime protest that I attended in Peterborough where drag queens, subvert, pervert, sexualize and groom little kids and he was a Communist on the opposing side at that protest the year before, he wore a rainbow long haired wig back then and is on video, unbeknownst to me him and his boyfriend Matthew Skully moved into my building secretly after they found out where I lived and I had no idea they were living in my building until I was criminally harassed that night in my private yard, defending my property but somehow the obviously Communist police officers charged me instead of charging him.
I would have won in my trial but since I could not get bail and the Communist crown delaying my case for months on purpose I had to plead guilty to charges I was not guilty of, not guilty of criminally harassing anyone nor any slurs, I was the one harassed, next time anything like this happens I will be more aggressive in defending my property and privacy since now I know they will charge me and that I will do time regardless of being innocent and them knowing I am.
Again as I have previously been falsely charged 2 years prior and I was railroaded by the local communists that have infiltrated the local authorities. There is a pattern to the obvious conspiracy and what are the odds they did it to me twice like in the article below and previous article on our CNF blog last year titled

Still working on the appeal, can't find a lawyer to do a summary conviction appeal.
