A cap on international students is a step in the right direction

There are over 900k in international students in Canada. 40% come from India and 12% come from China and the rest of the ethnic groups average 2% or less.

We would propose a moratorium on international students for 5 years then only accept European international students. 

At the very least the Civic Nationalist LibCon government should equalize the ethnic group intakes to not exceed 2% average for example reducing Indian students from 40% to 2% and the 12% Chinese students to 2% of the current over 900k that would reduce international students by almost 50% would be a bigger step in the right direction to make more affordable housing and jobs available to Canadian Citizens. Essentially putting a cap on international students for each country at a limit of 2000 to 3000 students for every country.

 Born January 10 or 11, 1815 – June 6, 1891 was the first Prime Minister of Canada, serving from 1867 to 1873 and from 1878 to 1891. He was the father of the  Canadian Confederation, and had a political career that spanned almost half a century.

 We propose in the Canadian Charter of Rights amendments that under the law that Euro-Canadians the founding settler pioneer population be included as a protected group against anti-white racism and prejudice with an added amendment that no protected group in the charter may have special privileges over any others.
